Poor's Manual
Description of the status of the Central Pacific Railroad four years after its rails connected with the UPRR, as it appears in Henry V. Poor's "Manual of Railroads of the United States for 1873-74."  This 890-page volume (including 140 pages of advertisements) was the sixth annual edition of this important business and financial railroad manual first published in 1868.
