"HARNESSING THE PLANE AND THE IRON HORSE"

Brass 4"x 3" paperweight presented by the Pennsylvania Railroad to commemorate the opening of the first two-day New York to Los Angeles & San Francisco combined "Rail-Air" Transcontinental Passenger Service operated with Transcontinental Air Transport (T-A-T) using Ford Tri-Motor aircraft and the Santa Fe Railroad on July 7, 1929.
